WEEE mixed shred Handling Process






A. Washing line: raw material will go to washing line for 1.08 washing  and 1.0 washing. We will have floating PP,ABS/PS mixed, heavy plastic and sunk part.

B. shredding: ABS/PS from 1.08 washing line will be shredded.



C. Electrostatic Sorting: ABS/PS which is after 1.08 washing and shredding will be electrostatic sorted to be pure ABS and PS. 



D. Granulating: electrostatic sorted ABS and PS will be processed to ABS pellet and PS pellet.
